systems. Has worked in software consultancy in industries such as e-commerce, music, travel, and real estate. He is excited to work within the education industry and see ongoing shifts towards digital and project based learning. Believes technical improvements in all aspects of education will broaden and positively impact the experience of children and adults by enabling them to get the education they want.
Lena Song
Director of Project Management and Development
Makes contributions to research in online educational programs, policies and procedures, and state curriculum standards. She is an experienced, credentialed elementary educator and is skilled with ESL and remote learning. Dedicated to the development of innovative, novel teaching strategies. Passionate about providing tools for students to be good citizens of this society upholding characteristics such as: honesty, integrity, compassion, and ethics..
Raelene Haugen, EdD
President/Consultant
As an award-winning educational leader, public speaker, and author, believes in empowering educational stakeholders to be their best. With 30 years as a leader in K-College education, she is experienced in areas such as international education, research, remote learning, classroom instruction, project-based learning, experiential learning, curriculum design, and STEM. Known for her creative, practical, interactive approach. Conducts research and authored a study on recommendations for effective remote learning instructional strategies. Has a love for children and a passion to ignite growth. Develops educational pathways to optimize success.

Director of Innovation
Known for forward thinking, creativity, and being open to new ideas. Investigates and evaluates curriculums. Has cutting edge vision and is committed to the improvement of the learning experience. He is an experienced, credentialed educational leader in grades K-12, as a teacher and principal, and with remote learning. Believes we have an opportunity of historical proportions to create positive, impactful change for our kids and educational systems.
Taylor Haugen
Director of Communications and Marketing,
Has strong communication and networking skills
and is a liaison with educational leaders and parents. She is a credentialed K-8 educator, certified for ESL, and experienced with remote learning. Passionate about creating and enriching opportunities for education through marketing and outreach strategies such as event planning, social media connecting, networking, and being open to new models for learning. She believes “where there’s a will, there’s a way.“
