What better way to learn about the Pacific Ocean’s ecosystem than going straight to the source!

Sea Life Adventures for Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts . . .

What better way to learn about the Pacific Ocean’s ecosystem than going straight to the source!  On this island field trip, my students applied their Science and Social Studies textbook knowledge on a guided snorkeling tour through kelp beds - feeling the textures of colorful coral and sea anemones and observing dolphins, garibaldi fish, sea otters, sand dollars, and a myriad of other awesome underwater creatures. . .

Back in the classroom, students drew upon their island snorkeling adventures for a creative writing project about a fictional adventure on a deserted island.

ENGAGE students in the EXPERIENCE of LEARNING one adventure at a time!
